The layout of the apartment was great. We loved the big bedroom and the huge closet space. The extra storage space in the basement was really nice too. Those two things considered, the rent we paid was a great deal! Location, building, size, cleanliness, quiet, management, pretty much everything. We have quarterly social events for our tenants. Great way to get to know your neighbors. Finally, our buildings are pet-free and smoke-free. Twelve month lease! We check criminal, credit, and rental history.
