HOUSE FOR RENT We are renting out our single family home in Milwaukee (near the Tosa border). We have had great tenants for the last 9.5 years. One stayed for 7.5 years and the second has been there almost 2 years and are only moving because they're moving to our other rental. We do require a background check, credit report and Zillow application. No exceptions. Here's some details: 4 Bedrooms (upstairs master bedroom has a walk through to the 4th bedroom that is PERFECT for a nursery, office or ginormous closet and vanity space.) 1.5 bathrooms 2 car garage Stainless steel appliances No pets. Carpeting is less than 2 years old and has had no pets. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the property. Basement is partially finished which is great for a game room, office, playroom, or additional living space. Partially fenced in back yard with a small patio. Rent is $2500/month. Tenant pays utilities. Security system included. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Lawn mower and snowblower provided. We are open to negotiating having lawn/snow done. The home is occupied so we will set up multiple tours on a single day once we have interest. Message me for questions or interest. Tours of the home will begin June 1, 2026.
