An easy buy in for the luxury of month to month. -Must pass a background check. *At this time no pets. Looking for a roommate who values privacy and having their own space. The setup is designed to feel more like your own studio apartment while you may occasionally hear each other, it's entirely possible to go weeks without really crossing paths. There is a simple efficiency-style setup for preparing and eating meals, similar to an extended stay or dorm-style arrangement, but there is not a shared kitchen.
