Looking for a comfortable and convenient living space?… Rent a bright and cozy room located in the heart of the Sunnyside neighborhood!
We are 2 longtime tenants seeking one more good human on the tidier side to share this snug space with us. The unfurnished room is available immedately, but there's some flexibility if someone is looking for a little later move-in date. We are located between Hawthorne and Belmont on a quiet street with parking. Our location is very convenient. We're close to Laurelhurst Park, Mount Tabor, and walking distance to restaurants, bars, bus lines, grocery stores and a movie theater.
The house has high ceilings and a semi spacious floor plan including kitchen, living room and a dining room (which is now a lounge/study room) on the main floor, a bath and a half, covered front porch and open back porch. If you are into gardening the back and side yard can be landscaped, planted and used as we wish up to a point. We share some basement storage space as well as the onsite washer and dryer. The total price of the room per month is $750/month, all utilities and internet are extra. We have an elderly female cat that lives with us, so unfortunately cannot take in other furry friends at this time.
We are seeking a responsible and friendly roommate that does not mind helping out with cleaning and or lawn maintenance once in a while. Also we are low key tenants, occasionally we have people over but we're not the full on party type people. Come take a look at the room, ask us questions and chat awhile. Thanks!
