This includes gas, electricity, high speed wifi, trash removal (dumpster), water/sewer, exterior security system, keyless entry, mowing, and snow removal. No pets and no smokers. Must have 650+ credit score, 2.5 times rent income, clean background check, and landlord references. There will be garage parking available and I also have a very large U shaped driveway.
