We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with canines paying a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canines are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for restricted breed list and additional pet criteria.
All apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly! This won't last long! Securing an apartment is easy. It's just this easy! Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,36250 ($40,350.00 combined annually) please call for additional application qualifications.
