Lease terms

Tenants are kindly requested to cover their own utility costs, which include electricity and water. We maintain a smoke-free and pet-free environment to ensure a clean and peaceful living space. You'll have the convenience of one driveway and ample street parking options to accommodate your needs. Our lease terms are flexible, with a minimum commitment of just 6 months and the option to transition to a month-to-month arrangement once your initial lease term concludes. Income requirements: three (3) times the monthly rent. Occupancy: Two people per bedroom. Rent payments are due by the 1st of every month, providing you with a hassle-free start to each month. Please be mindful that a late fee will be applied after the 5th of the month, as per our leasing agreement.
