Very pleasant house in a nice area of town and within walking distance to Highland Park, and close to area colleges and hospitals. There is a large back yard with a garage and back deck. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. Ideal for sabbatical academic, visiting doctor or nurse, or mature graduate student because of it's location and duration of rental.
The owners of the property are leaving town for 12 month and want to rent the house while they are away. It would be fully furnished, kitchen complete with dishes and pots and pans etc. There is a sun porch off the living room presently being used as an office. One of the owners is an artist and the walls are hung with her work, as well as many other artists work.......
A good tenant fit is needed for this rental and we look forward to hearing from you.
