Feel at home in this sunny, two-bedroom apartment located on a lower floor in the heart of Boston's North End. This well-laid-out unit offers a comfortable living space with queen-size bedrooms. This apartment receives plenty of sunlight and features a spacious kitchen and living room. The unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a sofa, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience. Immerse yourself in the vibrant mix of old-world Italy and downtown Boston, with the city's best right outside your door. This centrally located apartment offers easy access to the neighborhood's charm and attractions. The following rules are to protect our property and ensure a comfortable, predictable stay for all of our guests. By making a booking with us, you agree to all of our rules and the fees they carry if they are broken. It is your responsibility as the guest to report any damage you find inside the apartment within the first 4 hours of check-in. If no damage is reported within the first 4 hours of the booking, and there is damage found at the end of your stay, the replacement and repair value will be the responsibility of the guest. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $30 per night. We define a guest as anyone who enters the apartment. There is a zero-tolerance policy and no smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances are allowed. Any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled. Security will be summoned and Police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. We use surveillance technology in the way of cameras in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are no cameras inside the apartments. Quiet hours are after 10pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late-check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. Dishes will be cleaned and left to dry or left clean in the dishwasher. All trash is to be collected and bagged and left in the kitchen. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Please don't wear shoes in the house. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). No feminine products, paper towels, tissues, or anything else please. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit (so it doesn't get in through the windows) is prohibited. This includes vaporizers. You will be fined a minimum of $500 for not following this rule (plus damages). By renting our apartment, you are agreeing that you and all members of your group will adhere to the no smoking policy and agree to the penalties should you break them. Includes a sofa, providing a comfortable space for remote work.
