This rate is for unfurnished. For an additional $100 a month, it can come fully furnished.

There is a fireplace with insert in the living room for the chilly winter months. This cabin has 2 designated parking spots. It can be rented for 6-9 months, ready for your furniture & favorite things or come fully furnished for an additional $100 a month. All bills are included; electric, internet, water, septic and snow-plowing. We are rural mountain living here in Allenspark but this cabin is walking distance to the post-office, local coffee house/gift shop, 2 restaurants, the community church & a community center for the arts.
