Hello, my name is Nick and I am a 25 year old professional working in real estate, and living in Souderton, PA. This is my home and I lease my extra bedrooms to traveling professionals. I have housed a variety of mid to long term renters such as medical students, software engineers, pilots, etc. I try to make it as easy as possible for those relocating which is why the kitchen is stocked with essential appliances, the house is fully furnished, and I can provide extra storage for any items a traveler might bring along. This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property sits on just over an acre and features central air & heat, off-street parking with garage access, in-unit laundry, high speed internet, and for added security, exterior cameras around property. The housemates will share 1 full bathroom and the common space such as the kitchen and living room. Looking to room with other young professionals working in the area. Flexible with different length of stays. About the Roommates: I currently live with just one other roommate named Dashton (M, 20) who works in person 5a-6p as a machine operator in New Jersey.
