I, the landlord, am responsible for clearing snow from the driveway, but you are expected to shovel any snow from your parking area and help with the sidewalk and out to the garbage and recycling. You are also expected to share in hauling out the garbage and recycling bins. Landlord deals with all summer maintenance of the lawn and gardens.
