Deposits & Move-In Costs: Security Deposit: $725 (refundable, due upon lease signing to secure dates). Cleaning Fee: $150 non-refundable standard turnover cleaning fee. Total Move-In Cost: First month's rent ($1,300) + Security Deposit ($700) + Cleaning Fee ($125) = $2,125. House Policies & Environment: Quiet Hours & Household Tone: This is a peaceful, low-activity, non-party home.
