Visits by others are ok but no long term additional folks staying over, open to discussions as circumstances shift/life happens. Routine cleaning/maintenance and keeping the space nice is tenant responsibility. Minor appliances if damaged/broken are tenants responsibility. This is a furnished basement 1 bedroom space of a row house in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Bloomingdale.… There is an entrance in the back alley behind the house.
Everything is generally pretty new and recently renovated. Very comfortable to live in and quiet. There is access to the unit via remote controlled garage door and fence door for access. There is one off street parking spot that is dedicated for the basement unit. You would share the house with a couple that lives in the rooms upstairs but you have your own bathroom, full kitchen and entrance to your space.

Washer/dryer shared with upstairs folks but located in a shared hallway in the basement that is separate from this living space

Couch can fit 3-4 people on it and someone 6' could lie down on it comfortably. Projector screen pulls down in front of couch for large screen movie/tv show watching and video game playing.

Floors are vinyl and tile. Counter tops are wood.
Of note, the ceilings are closer to 7' so would not be super comfortable for a very tall person. I am 6' 1" and have no problem moving through the whole space so very tall would be more like someone who is closer to 6.5' or taller.
