Lease terms

Rent: $2,500 per month Lease Term: One-year lease required. Move-In Costs: First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are due at signing. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electric and oil. Water is included. Tenant is responsible for trash (Taunton trash bags or private trash company) Renters Insurance: Tenant is responsible for obtaining renters insurance, proof of coverage required at move-in. Parking: Separate driveway with two designated parking spaces. No long-term street parking. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property. Pets: No pets permitted. Deck Use: The rear deck is intended for emergency egress and evacuation purposes only and is not for routine use or storage. Occupancy & Application Requirements All occupants age 18 and older must be present at showing, listed on the lease application and complete all required screening. Any adult occupant must be approved by the landlord prior to occupancy. Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria: * Household gross income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. * Minimum credit score of 700 for all adult applicants. * Satisfactory credit history. * Positive landlord references. * No prior evictions. * Successful income, credit, and background screening. * Verifiable employment and/or income.
