It is it's own apartment and closed off from the rest of the house. Considered one of the best downtown neighborhoods with outstanding local coffee spots, restaurants, and King street (97 Walk score) all within short walking distance. Ideal for a traveling single or a couple. Walk to MUSC, Roper hospital systems downtown. No smoking policy. Please be aware this is an active city with noises during the daytime! If you're wishing for a quiet getaway, I recommend you find a more rural place to stay. Note that kitchen consists of: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer. Note there is NO washer/dryer on site. My tenants have found it easy to do off site laundromat OR pick up services around town. Don't let it deter you from renting! There are many easy ways to wash clothes! Please be aware that this is a historic home with old floors and walls. Do not expect modern heating/air systems to work perfectly. I try my best to accommodate temperature changes but if you are someone who is extremely bothered by large temperature shifts, I would recommend that you choose newer space instead. Majority of my guests are comfortable, but I do wish to prepare those who have modern expectations for 100 year old properties! This is a 30 day/executive rental, available for 1-12 month time blocks. Please message me if you need different arrangements. Because I have short 30d term renters, I cannot regularly offer in person tours as this would interrupt too often. Additional photos and video tour available by request. Please no arbitration.
