Your new pet friendly DELUXE 1bd 1bath home has a private entrance, a HUGE walk in closet where you will find your awesome new washer and dryer, w/w carpet, EXTRA large ceiling fan with built in lights, 2" high quality wood mini blinds, extra large rooms, extra large windows, extra large full bath with gorgeous new vanity, lights and mirror and a fancy shower head. Your amazing kitchen has a refrigerator with built in ice maker, garbage disposal, stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, spacious counter tops with eat in bar top, and tons of cabinet space. Every apartment is sunny and super clean, non-smoking, front door parking (to accommodate 1 car, per person, per apartment). Autumn Chase Apartment Community has 3 ponds with fountains, all within lush immaculate grounds & landscaping. Had along day at work? Cook dinner on our outside charcoal grills while enjoying the sunset at the designer relaxation area, picnic tables and swings.
We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Our professionally managed onsite office maintains Autumn Chase Apartment Community and the Sinclair Phase II in Conway. Due to the nature of our business, calls are answered as quickly as possible and emails replied to only once daily.
