For a good tenant only by a good landlord.… If your credit is poor, or do not have good job references, or late for rent ever do not waste time. Great Voucher holders to be considered have to qualify just the same to be considered. Good credit, if you don't pay other people why are you going to pay me, the answer is "No" I am looking for nonsmoker, not someone who quit or thinks they can smoke in the yard. If I am concern during consideration I will need prove of nonsmoker. Cooking deep fried food is an insurance liability and reason to deny. If you are looking to be in a great part of Shaker with a nice upstairs 2 family house then I need a just one good tenant. I communicate in a professional manner at all times and expect the same. I appreciate a potential good tenant, as a good landlord I expect nothing less than the same courteous appreciation in all communication. I will not be considering smokers, loud aggressive people who can not focus when calling. Shaker Heights is a beautiful city and we are accepting one family that is just as beautiful. Best regards
