Lease Details: 12-month lease preferred. First month's rent and security deposit equal to one month's rent are required prior to move-in. Applicants should have verifiable gross household income of at least 2.75x monthly rent. All adult occupants age 18+ must apply and be approved. Applications and screening completed through Zillow Rental Manager. Condominium: Must fill out a condo application and file the application fee, obtain condo association approval, and follow applicable condo rules. There is a fee for the key fobs if lost or damaged of $100. Pets: Small pets may be considered with owner and HOA approval. Pet fee is $200 for the first approved pet and $100 for the second approved pet. Breed, size, and number restrictions may apply. Renter's insurance required. Utilities & Fees: Tenant responsible for electric, water/sewer, internet/cable, and any personal utilities. Tenant must comply with all HOA rules and complete any required HOA approval process prior to move-in. Other Policies: No smoking. Property is offered unfurnished. Renter's insurance required for the full lease term. Move-in date subject to application approval, lease execution, cleared move-in funds, and HOA approval if required.
