One year lease with possibility to extend. $3250/month, with $3250/refundable deposit. $35 non-refundable application fee. All prospects must be over 18, have references and good credit. Credit check is required. The house includes internet, water, sewer, and yard service. Tenant is responsible for electrical and cable (we could workout adding additional cable to the current Spectrum account). We are not responsible for internet outages. If you need better internet for business or gaming you will have to get your own or we can workout something together. There is dedicated parking for one car in the driveway and ample street parking for an additional car or guest cars. We are about: 1.5 miles to Kailua 2.5 miles to MCBH 20 miles to Pearl Hickem

The neighborhood

About the building

The outside and inside of the house have been freshly painted. We have renovated the kitchen with all new cabinets, countertop, sink, glass induction cooktop... We also put in a brand new apartment size washer and dryer. It will be ready by June 24th and possibly before. One of the bedrooms has one window and is a bit darker, good for someone that needs to rest during the day. The other bedroom has two big windows and has a lot of sunshine. Both bedrooms are large with closets. There is a small outdoor space that would work nicely for a BBQ. This is a downstairs unit with its own entry and dedicated parking. The upstairs unit is rented to a very quiet, respectful professional couple. We are looking for the same for this two bedroom. There will be shared mailbox and trash duties. Because it is a flag lot the house is very quiet. We are located close to Kailua town. On a bike you could be in Kailua or at the beach very quickly. The location is good for commuting as the highway is nearby to get to Honolulu or any other part of the island.
