Rental Screening Criteria Thank you for your interest in this property. Credit History Minimum recommended credit score: 700+ Applications with lower scores may be considered with additional deposits or conditions, where allowed by law Credit history should demonstrate: Timely payment history (no recent late payments within 12 24 months) No unpaid housing-related collections, evictions, or judgments 3. Rental History Minimum of 2 years of verifiable rental or ownership history Positive references from prior landlords required No history of evictions, lease violations, or unpaid rental balances 4. Employment & Stability Stable employment or consistent income history preferred (typically 1 2+ years) Applicants must demonstrate the ability to meet ongoing rental obligations 5. Background Screening A background check will be conducted in accordance with Washington State law Criminal history will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, consistent with applicable laws and regulations 6. Occupancy Standards Occupancy is limited to a reasonable number of persons per bedroom in accordance with local and state guidelines 7. Pet Policy (if applicable) Pets may be subject to approval, screening, and additional deposits or fees Breed, size, or number restrictions may apply 8. Application Process Each applicant 18 years or older must submit a completed application and screening fee Applications are processed in the order received and are subject to verification of all information provided 9.
