Most maintenance included, but if you break it, you buy it. Bed is not included, you can use the table/nightstand if you need.

Bright, 3 light roof fixture included. Dimensions are 11'x12' plus a 3.5'x79" closet. Total square footage of the single story house is 1100 with a backyard and front yard. Plenty of Street parking in quiet neighborhood.
