Lease terms

Showings by appointment only 48 hrs notice as #367 is currently rented until 6/13/26. Furniture and furnishings can be included as an option but are not included in the monthly rent. Everyone over 18 must fill out an application and will be included on the lease. Applicants combined GROSS monthly income must be 3x monthly rent and income must be verifiable (check stubs, bank statements, or offer letter. Once approved applicant has 3 days to give security deposit (money order or cashier's check), security deposit $1650.00. Security deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if an accepted tenant cancels or does not take possession of the property. Rent $1650/month, pet deposit is $350 + $100 each additional pet (limited number allowed, pets must be approved), $65 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee per adult (18 years and older). All security deposits and first month rent are to be in the form of certified funds (money order or cashier's check). A one time $99 Admin Fee will be charged to the accepted file and collected with the first month's rent. Tenant pays water, sewer, electric.
