We're looking for a tidy & kind person to join our household of two similarly tidy and kind roommates. It's a special place that you need to visit to understand how cozy and calm it is.
The house is a big old craftsman with vintage details, hardwood floors, and lots of shared spaces for lounging or dining including a lovely porch that's perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.
The bedroom is spacious, quiet during the day, with desk and chair for working from home. A huge French window opens completely to the front garden so that you can enjoy the warm San Diego air.
You would be sharing a bathroom with Christian, who is a very clean person. There are separate sinks and storage areas for each person in the bathroom. Olivia lives in the master bedroom which is to the back of the house, with it's own bathroom.
Walking distance to everything North Park has to offer restaurants, bars, two local breweries (Hess & Thorn St), and a Thursday farmers market just 2 blocks away but tucked on quiet 32nd Street so you sleep well at night.
What's included:

- Shared kitchen, living room, porch, and laundry
Utilities (water, electricity, gas & internet) are fixed at $100/mo, so your total each month would be $1,400.
