The tenant should go online and purchase renters' insurance from within the resident center. The default liability only policy is $14.99/month, but they can upgrade it to cover their belongings, etc. We no longer accept outside rental insurance Leases are sent out for e-signature. Deposits/Payments/Prorated amounts are made on the resident portal. Questions or requests are made on the resident portal. the security deposit is equal to one month's rent with excellent credit.
