Lease Terms & Application Lease Term: 12-month lease. Available for move-in now through September 1. Application Fee: $38 per applicant. This fee covers the cost of a screening report from TransUnion (555 W. Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661), which includes credit history, criminal background, eviction history, income verification, and identity verification. Applicant Rights: Applicants have the right to receive a free copy of their screening report and to dispute any inaccuracies directly with the reporting agency. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, credited by the amount of the application fee paid. Qualification Criteria: Credit Score: Minimum of 680 Income: Gross income of at least 3x monthly rent Rental History: No evictions and no history of late or missed rent payments within the prior 5 years Pets: Not permitted Criminal History Notice: In accordance with Seattle's Fair Chance Housing Ordinance (SMC 14.09), a criminal background check may be conducted as part of the screening report described above. Except where permitted for sex offender registry information, no adverse action will be taken against an applicant based on arrest records, conviction records, or criminal history.
