Monthly charges are $950 for primary bedroom per month utilities included. The optional second bedroom is available for $200 per month If your credit score is 675 or above the security deposit is $575. If your credit score is 600 to 674 a security deposit of $950 is required. Applicant pays for Application fee, credit Check and background check as charged by Zillow. You will need to meet the following criteria. Proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront Criminal background check No more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years Valid State ID and SSN for verification Minimum credit score of 600 is required but 535 to 599 will be considered.
