The main cabin boasts comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a luxurious master suite with a jacuzzi tub. The carriage house offers additional privacy with a king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and two queen-over-queen bunk beds. Stay connected with smart TVs and high-speed internet throughout.
A BRAND-NEW SWIMMING POOL is available for guests to cool off in. Enjoy al fresco meals with a gas grill and outdoor dining area. Private parking for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway. Plush linens and towels are provided. A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and clothing storage. Pets are welcome with prior approval for up to 2 well-behaved dogs, with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and crated if left unattended.

It's located just 10 minutes from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, providing easy access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and wildlife viewing. While offering a quiet charm distinct from the bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, it's a short drive to local attractions like Carver's Orchard, ziplining adventures, whitewater rafting, and the Appalachian Trail. Gatlinburg is 25 minutes away, and Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are 30-40 minutes away.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees starting at $60. All guests must be 21 years or older, with the exception of children accompanied by their parents. No refunds will be issued for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events; travel insurance is recommended. Trash must be disposed of in outdoor bear-proof containers to prevent wildlife interference. Smoking is permitted on the rooftop patio, provided it is cleaned up afterward. No unauthorized events, gatherings, or parties are permitted without prior written approval. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Wildlife, including bears, deer, and raccoons, may be encountered; do not leave food or trash outside and stay alert. No smoking is allowed in the home. No parties are allowed.
