Lease Terms: 12-month leases available Tenants are responsible for all utilities except for Water and sewer. Maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom Renter's insurance is required Pets are permitted (small pets) Qualification Criteria: Gross monthly income must be at least twice the rent amount Verifiable rental history or proof of homeownership required No prior evictions Minimum credit score of 550 required for consideration Applicants with credit scores under 500 will be denied Co-signers are not accepted Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors Move-In Costs Include: Security deposit equal to one month's rent Monthly pet rent of $40.00 (if applicable) Fair Housing Statement: We're now accepting applications!
