All the tenants pitch in to keep the house clean. The house is owner occupied and well taken care of. Must have good credit and good references There is also a very friendly senior cat in the house named Roger. He loves people and will definitely want belly rubs from you. It is imperative that you are an animal lover. I travel for 6 to 8 months during the winter and I'm looking for someone who may take over some pet sitting duties and give Roger lots of love. If you work from home, it is a bonus and there is the potential for rent reduction based on your experience and availability.
