Lease terms

1 year lease then month-month unless lease renewal is offered. 5% yearly rent increase. Tenant responsible for utilities. Landlord pays garbage and water. 1 parking space. No pets. No hanging laundry on balcony. Landlord will conduct property inspection every 6 mos. with 24 hour notice. Any alteration to the property, interior or exterior, is expressly forbidden. The conduct of any business in the property or within the confines of the property including the parking lot is prohibited. Only people noted on the lease may occupy the property.
