Base rent is $3,600 per month with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The lease term is 12 months. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. The renter will be responsible for setting up and paying for their own power, water, internet, and any other desired services. As an example, current utility costs have averaged around $114 per month for water, around $50 per month for electricity due to the home having solar, and around $80 per month for internet. Actual utility costs may vary depending on usage. The home has an optional furnished add-on available for an additional $400 per month. This includes the washer, dryer, refrigerator, and main furniture throughout the home, excluding furniture in the guest bedrooms. Electronics such as TVs and the projector are not included. If the renter does not want the home furnished but would like to keep only the washer, dryer, and refrigerator included with the rental, that can be discussed and negotiated separately. No pets are allowed. No smoking cigarettes or marijuana inside the home. Smoking may be permitted in the garage only. Vaping is allowed inside the home. A rental application is required for consideration. The application fee is $50, and a background check is required as part of the rental approval process.
