Grocery shopping is easy at Whole Foods on Dolores, Bi Rite on 18th, and the Safeway on Church and Market. Public transportation: The J Church with connections to other MUNI trains is a half block away. The 22 Fillmore and 33 Stanyan stop nearby. BART is about a 15-minute walk. There's easy access to both freeways as well. Garaged parking with a remote is included for one car. Bike racks are available in the garage for pedal bikes only (no e bikes for fire safety and due to insurance requirements.
