Hi there horsey lovers!… 1500+ SF Barndominium rental in Portland, TN. All utilities included (including WiFi). 2 carport parking, central AC/Heat, washer/dryer, fenced yard (Woof, Woof), has bonus room (office/gym?).
$1800 rent includes all utilities and $250 per horse gets you a stall w/paddock, pasture use, indoor lighted riding arena, horse shower, tack room, hay storage, etc. I have 2 mules and 1 filly on property plus goats/sheep/chickens. 5 acre farm w/10k SF Barn. There are 2 rentals on the farm plus a Bunkhouse rentals have tenants and farm manager lives in bunkhouse. 2 dogs and 1 cat live on property and I almost always bring my 2 dogs up when I come to work a few times weekly. I, the owner, live in Hendersonville. Reach out and share with me why you feel this might be a great fit for all involved! Please understand we will need to verify your worthiness to rent.
