Absolutely no smoking, do not park in the grass, lease is minimum of 90 days after which, satisfactory to both parties, shall continue month to month. tenant is to empty apartment trash to provided outdoor bin and place outdoor bin to street for pick up. and return bin to original location. while i do not require renters insurance, i strongly recommend it as i will not be responsible for renter belongings in any case whatsoever. renter is to report any damage/malfunction or unsatisfactory items immediately on discovery.The back yard is fenced, however i will not be responsible for escaped pets. Although I dont require renters insurance, I do highly recommend it, as I will not be held responsible for damages to your posessions and you will be responsible for damages to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
