Lease term is a minimum of 3 months with one year lease available. This will be discussed at time of application. **House Rules for Shared Housing** Welcome to our shared living space! Please remove your items promptly after washing and drying to allow others to use the machines without delays. Additionally, it is the responsibility of all housemates to ensure that the lint filter in the dryer is emptied after each use. This helps maintain the appliance and ensures safety within our home.
