A FULL SIZE, LG Washer/dryer is in the unit. Ac and heater split unit has been installed by a professional ac technician! There is a private parking spot in the back with a separate entrance from the main house via the alley. This suitable for 1 PERSON because of the size. Good credit and references is a must. No pets. Water and sewer in included the rent. The electric runs super cheap. Shared internet can be negotiated. The unit will be cleaned and available for September. If you have an iPhone, I can send you a video as well. It is not available for showing YET. The pictures posted are a couple years old.
