Your rent will also include a one car garage. We do accept two small pets for example one small dog and one small cat and there is a pet deposit fee. Or you can have one larger dog. Larger means 40 pounds or more. The renter will only be responsible for their PG&E and Wi-Fi. We have also included the HOA amount of $394 within the rent. Rent will be due at the first of every month and prorated upon move in. This is a fully furnished property. We are looking for at least a six month lease and then month-to-month thereafter.
