Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. Rent is $2,095/month with an $1,900 security deposit due at signing. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. No smoking allowed inside the home. Pets considered with an additional refundable pet deposit of $500 per pet (2 pet maximum).
