As mentioned above, the backyard is a delight because a creek flows on the backside of the lot, plus there's the upper-level deck that views the creek, the fire pit, gorgeous sitting area around the fire pit, and the many different trees - all in a mini-forest kind of setting - on both sides of the creek. Thus, there are virtually no neighbors to be seen. In other words, it is like a little park-like setting on the backside of the home, and the front side has a small porch and easy access to the road.
