This area STAYS private because it is at the end of a gravel drive that is not well maintained, and the only neighbor has a messy ill-kept yard. The house is obscured by trees and cannot be seen until you are right in front of it. Several grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms, restaurants nearby. Centrally located: 10 minutes to Brier Creek, 15-20 minutes to RTP, 15-20 minutes to NSCU, 15-20 minutes to downtown Raleigh. If you are persistent enough to drive down the gravel road, you will be pleasantly surprised by the away-from-it-all feel with in-the-city conveniences.
