A group of students may agree on their individual rent per month as long as the total comes out to $2,700/month. Utilities are not included but is cheaper than most houses due to the solar panels that are installed. The house comes completely unfurnished and professionally cleaned. Wifi will already be set up upon move in. The master bedroom is located on the third floor and features its own full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are located on the third floor along with the shared full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor. I graduated from UCCS in 2020 so I would love to rent my house out to a group of students who will make lifelong memories here like I did and treat the house with diligent care.
