This house will appear on multiple listing sites, but I will be accepting applications via Zillow, which includes a credit and background check as part of the process. While we have no minimum credit score requirement, successful renters in the past have had scores above 700 and income ratios of at least 3 to 1. This is an objective, fair and legal method to recognize qualified renters, and it has been effective for us in the past. I say this not to discourage interested parties, but to keep you from spending money on an application that might not be approved based upon those criteria.
