Tenants are responsible for utilities, lawn care and snow removal. The rental application can be found at qchousesforrent, we do not charge a fee and require each adult applicant to fill out a separate online form. For our application process we do background checks, looking into criminal history, require income to be 2.5. times rent amount and we don't accept applicants with prior evictions. We also look at rental references. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our homes. If the application is approved, the property is toured and you would like to move forward with leasing at that time we will need income verification to match the application and will need a copy of your driver license. Pets are allowed upon approval, we don't allow some breeds of dogs, we don't allow cats and have pet limit of 2. Each pet that is allowed requires a $350 pet fee.
