Flexible lease terms are available, with a minimum lease period of 30 days. Longer-term options may be considered upon request. Utilities: Landlord will pay up to $100 per month toward heat and air. Any utility charges exceeding $100 per month will be the responsibility of the tenant(s). If multiple tenants occupy the property, any overage amount will be split evenly among tenants.
