The home is delightfully private, clean, sunny, charming, & pleasant. It consists of the main cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a separate "casita" that has been used as a bedroom, office, guest room, sewing/hobby room, storage area, playroom, study room, and workout room. Wonderful Air Conditioning! Newer type HVAC quality ceiling-mount low-profile Mini-Split style units (HVAC has both AC and heat; mini splits allow for different rooms to be controlled separately) are in the main cottage along with ceiling fans. The "casita" also has the newer type HVAC quality standard style Mini-Split HVAC 3 off street parking dedicated spaces that are side by side (not tandem). Fully fenced yard provides security for pets, kids, possessions. Security gate. Great neighbors. Alley house, located between F & G Adjustable night lighting (1 fixture at each porch, and 1, by the laundry room, and and 1 by the parking area). All have Motion Sensing; and 3 fixtures have Dusk-to-Dawn, and other adjustment options. Decorative yard string lighting is on remote control (controlled from inside the main cottage). Not available until Aug 15 Pets will be considered. If you want to have pet/s there will be a discussion & agreement added to the contract. No extra charge for pets, and any pet security deposit can be refundable. This home is 2 blocks to the middle school, 3 to elementary & high school; Coronado's schools are rated tops! The easy care yard/patio. There's an auto watering system on an adjustable timer that you can control. Plus a new hose, pistol, & cabinet reel. There are 2 yard faucets, one near the parking area that would allow your hose to easily reach for car washing in your parking area (must be done abiding by Coronado rules). And, the water percolates down into the ground through the cobble stone style surface. Do not disturb. Contact via Zillow for an appointment. Attached to the house is a small laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Washer & dryer units are not new, but in good condition. And, the laundry room has some storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher (new), microwave, gas stove/oven, & refrigerator(new); also, there's a back door (into your side yard). Flooring: (Zillow's auto fill system is limited, so this is to clarify) Most of the main cottage is tiled; the 2nd room has gray toned engineered wood. The 3rd sleeping area "casita" has older faux wood in warm tones. The laundry room is painted concrete. More pictures can be made available..or contact the owner thru Zillow to see the home for yourself; it's one of Coronado's lovingly maintained older homes, and the best valued little oasis in this wonderful beach town. Any pictures showing furnishings are items not included in the rent. It's to show how another tenant arranged items in a space. Tenant arranges for & pays own gas/electric, trash collection, and other desired services. The landlord is providing the Sewer service. The Water is billed to the owner's account; then tenant's share is presented to you for payment. All info verifiable. (Zillow's system does not allow enough clarity; so the info regarding who pays for what is to help.) Your security deposit will be held in the landlord's name in a local bank earning their prevailing savings percentage rate. And, the interest will be credited to you.
