Lease terms

Thank you for your interest. Renters will still be responsible for putting the utilities in their own name. However, the home will be fully furnished, including all essential items, laundry setup, and everything needed for comfortable living. Because the home is furnished, the monthly rent is $3,300, with a 12-month lease required. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit is required at signing. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and all other utilities. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Pets may be considered with an additional pet deposit. Tenants must keep the property in clean condition and report any maintenance needs promptly. Renter's insurance is recommended. The landlord will provide 24-hour notice before entering the property, except in emergencies. The home will be ready for move-in once an application is submitted, reviewed, and approved.
