Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant must access, as made available by request before application, and acknowledge our tenant screening criteria per Texas law. If you meet and acknowledge this criteria, we encourage you to use the Zillow application, credit, and screening system which is a reasonable $35, and is also good to use for any other Zillow listing for 30 days.. Upon application review and acceptance, tenant(s) will provide an advance fee deposit of $500 to be credited to, total initial move-in costs of 1) one full months rent, 2) partial months rent, if any 3) a $1500 security deposit. 4) and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250/pet, if applicable. All monies need to be either cash, cashier's check, or by a no-fee Zelle payment.This is a non-smoking home. No dog breeds generally considered aggressive will be accepted. Maximum 2 pets. This tenancy offer is for a minimum 12 month lease, however longer terms are welcome, and negotiable. Tenant is expected to maintain the yards and front landscape in a good and well maintained condition. We seek, and prefer, longer term tenants who will enjoy and treat this fine home as if it were their own, and the owner/manager is responsive and available should you ever need anything.
