Flexible 6-9 month rental Sept 18 - June 11, Tenant responsible for cable/phone if desired (would be added to the internet already live), electricity, propane, 400gb internet are billed to tenant against security deposit, and wood usage is up to the tenant to arrange (we have a good local supplier to refer, and there may be some wood on premises at start of rental). All snow plowing is included in the rental price. IMPORTANT NOTE: First month rent as well as $750/mo security deposit x number of lease months due at lease signing (e.g. $4,500 security deposit for minimum 6mo, etc.) wherein the security deposit will likely cover all non-included utilities throughout as well as a modest damage deposit/refund. The balance of all rent for the total period of the lease due before occupancy. Families/couples only, no roommate situations.

Lease available as early as Sept 18 but can be later, and stay through as late as June 11 (minimum 6months and up to almost 9 months). $2,395/mo.… Ideal location right between Ellsworth and Blue Hill, easy commute to Acadia too! This spacious, woodsy retreat with ocean access is ideal for a family with home office needs. Internet is 400mbps. Lots of room for kids, and pets are fine. Triple heating systems: wood stove, propane and electric baseboards. One king master BR, 500sf with private balcony and toddler bed, 1 queen and 1 full BRs, kids' bunk room with 4x twin-size bunk beds and a full size bed. We are limiting occupancy to single families/couples of up to three adults, up to four kids and up to two pets. Open floor plan living/dining/kitchen/tv nook 1000sf has great flow. This 2,400sf house has private beach access down the lane overlooking Acadia/Mt. Desert Island, next town over from Blue Hill arts and food scene (7mi), and the other direction to the town of Ellsworth's shopping (5mi). Beach located just a short 300' walk down the private camp lane (the house is located on a little peninsula with about 15 others, providing an idyllic little enclave on Contention Cove, no public traffic). We have found it works very well to have a couple offices set up. Nice fire pit too!
