Landlord shall provide routine lawn mowing and basic lawn maintenance during the growing season at no additional charge to Tenant. Tenant shall be responsible for reasonable care of the premises and shall not intentionally or negligently damage the lawn or landscaping. service shall include (as deemed necessary by landlord): - mowing - trimming - basic seasonal cleanup Snow removal shall be the sole responsibility of the tenant(s). Though we have a service that may be available upon request. Tenant may use the available storage shed on premises as deemed necessary without restriction and shall ensure the facility is returned in the same condition as when provided. Tenant shall maintain renters insurance throughout the tenancy with personal liability coverage of not less than $300,000 per occurrence. Tenant shall provide evidence of insurance to Landlord prior to occupancy and upon request. Tenant shall maintain such coverage continuously throughout the term of the Lease and shall provide notice of any cancellation or material change in coverage.
